Language skills covered
Business correspondence via email and letter, telephone and video call etiquette, presentation language, contract and document vocabulary, and negotiation phrases. All materials use authentic business texts and real correspondence templates.
Cultural intelligence alongside language
We spend time on the unwritten rules - how decisions get made in Italian organisations, the role of personal relationships in business, and how directness is perceived differently in Italian professional settings compared to Australian ones.
